PLEASE NOTE: It is NOT guaranteed that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged or otherwise not in the original condition.

All items MUST be returned new, unworn, in their original condition and with all garment tags attached.
Accessories must be returned new, unused, in their original condition and with all tags attached.
To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items to us in the original packaging provided.
Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All sale merchandise is considered FINAL SALE. Items designated as FINAL SALE are not returnable. This includes ALL items purchased with a discount/coupon code.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For returns, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To make a return, please follow these three steps:

1. Email to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please allow our 24 business hours to process your request.

3. You will receive email notification once your return has been received and processed.
